The Coastal Conservancy will provide a grant to the Bay Area Ridge trail Council, the funding will be used to help the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District to acquire property along the proposed alignment of the Ridge Trail, possibly affecting APNs: 136-190-001, 055-080-047, 055-110-028, and 029; 049-030-089; 053-030-002 and -003, 053-040-003, -006, -024, -025, -032 and -033.
