Document Description
This project will allow the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy (RTC) to assist the City of Richmond in its efforts to obtain a $1.9 million federal grant for the construction of a 2.5-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail called the Central Richmond Greenway. RTC will help Richmond CIty engineers in the production of technical studies and final design plans and will lead community outreach and fund-raising activities.
