Document Description
Permit 20865 authorized the onstream storage of up to 11 acre-feet per year for domestic use, recreation, and irrigation of 2 acres. The onstream resevoir was constructed by the previous owner, due to excessive seepage, the permittee has been unable to retain water in storage for later beneficial use. The position has requested an extension of time to repair the onstream reservoir and develop full beneficial use of water as authorized under this permit.
