Document Description
Installation of a flat car bridge over a tributary to the Napa River. The bridge will replace an existing ford crossing. The eastern foundation of the bridge lies outside the top of the bank. Approximately 20 cubic yards of material will be excavated to construct the footings, and the approximate area of disturbance on the western bank will be 75 square feet. The eastern abutment will be formed by pumping concrete from the west side of the creek. A crane will set the 56-foot, two-inch flat car bridge upon the abutments. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0182-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
