Document Description
In order to restore the capacity in the box culverts, the operator proposes to remove sediment and debris from Tice Creek, beneath Golden Rain Drive in Rossmoor. Approximately 1 to 2 feet of sediment will be removed from the trash rack on the south side of the street, proceeding through the concrete box culverts, to approximately 25 feet downstream from the culverts. Access to the creek will be via a cut road on the west bank, north of Golden Rain Drive. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0147-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
