Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry permit to Tahoe City Public Utilities District (TCPUD) allowing temporary access to areas adjacent to the Truckee River, within the boundaries of the Tahoe State Recreation Area. The permit will allow access throughout the property to the Tahoe City "Fanny" Bridge and construction work along the Truckee River and adjacent to the Tahoe City Dam. Construction activities will include trenching and installation of waterline, site grading, placement of piling for trail crossing, and other development associated with the Lakeside Trail Development Project (as specified in the Environmental Impact Report [EIR], Subsequent EIR, and Supplement EIR for the Lakeside Trail Phase II - Outlet Crossing [SCH# 2001112031], prepared by TCPUD). TCPUD will be responsible for CEQA/NEPA compliance related to the actual work performed within the easement boundaries.
