Document Description
In many portions of Folsom Lake SRA residential development is immediately adjacent to the SRA boundary. For residents that live adjacent to the SRA, the risk of wildfire is a concern. In many cases rear yard setbacks for structures on adjacent properties are less than 30 feet. Thirty feet of clearance around a structure is the minimum advised by the California Department of Forestry and Fore Protection and other fire organizations.
