Document Description
The project consists of the renewal of the Sacramento River Water Rights Settlement Contract ("Settlement Contract") between Priceton-Codora-Glenn Irrigation District ("District") and the United States ("Project"). The District's original Settlement Contract was entered into in 1964, and CVP water first delivered under that agreement in the same year. Water deliveries under the District's non-CVP water rights had already been occurring for about 50 years.
