Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter Department Jurisdiction by removing stockpiled construction dirt fill and rocks which were placed adjacent to the creek bed and thereby encroaching into the western creek riparian zone and creating an erosion hazard to the creek. A trail was also cut within the riparian zone of the eastern edge of the creek. Vegetation within the area consists of sycamore, cottonwoods and willows. The applicant proposes to re-vegetate disturbed areas with native vegetation.
