Document Description
Prepare a WRAS that will provide a comprehensive framework for addressing issues within the Escondido Creek Watershed that can be used by SELC, the County, the cities within the watershed, the Escondido Creek Conservancy, and others. The project will include compile a GIS of watershed data, survey existing conditions and identify approximately 50 candidate projects within the watershed.
