Document Description
Perform maintainance on the dirt road which extends from the Gene Pumping Plant sewer farm to the secondary leach field on the southeast side of the village. The road is approximately one-quarter mile in length. A four-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) effluent line extends under the road; much of the road top fill has been removed through grading and the line is too close to the surface.
