Document Description
The proposed temporary water right is needed during a period in which EID is repairing sections of its El Dorado Canal flume and EID cannot utilize its water right from the S. Fork of the American River. EID proposes to divert up to 2.75 cubic feet per second (cfs) from its existing Alder Creek diversion for up to 2 weeks beginning June 15, 2003.
