Document Description
The purpose of this project is to create a "Day Use Facility" adjacent to the Smith Forks moto-cross track. This facility will include the installation of seventeen shade ramadas with picnic tables, one "CXT" vault restroom and a 50 seat open bleacher for spectators. The proposed site of this day use area is within the open riding area of Hungry Valley SVRA.

Reasons for Exemption
The project site has been continuously disturbed by OHV recreation since the 1960s. Only sporadic vegetation currently occupies the project site. Therefore, very little vegetation should be disturbed during the project. There are no threatened or endangered species of habitats at this site. This project will not affect storm water runoff or cause sediment loss. The soil in this area is a sandy loam of the Gorman Series.
