Document Description
Remove loose and chipped paint; prime the surface with acrylic based primer; and paint with two coats of acrylic latex flat wall paint at Heilbron House to protect the wood surfaces and trim from moisture and solar radiation. Minor amounts of lead embedded in the paint will be handled and disposed of in compliance with local, state and federal regulations. This project will protect cultural resources and support continued use and maintenance.
