The Food Industry Energy Research Program is funding proposals encouraging energry efficiency, cost savings, reliability and environmental stewardship in the California food processing industry. In this project, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab will develop a benchmarking and energy-efficiency screening tool to help wineries easily gain knowledge of and improve their energy and water efficiency performance.
