Document Description
Pacific Bell needs to supply additional service for a new development south of the fairgrounds. Existing overhead lines at First Street (Highway 113) frontage will remain. SBC will install an underground conduits and one manhole within the easement. This would affect an area that is about one-foot wide and 260 feet in length. The manhole widens to 10 feet by 18 feet. The easement is almost entirely within a paved parking lot. A small portion is gravel/ground.
