Document Description
The Proposed Action consists of the acquisition of two parcels, totaling 179 acres, into federal trust status on behalf of the Tribe. The Tribal Government proposes to use the Stary Ranch for a cemetery. No structures, landscaping, or improvements are planned, with the exception of a perimeter fence. Existing roadways serving the property would provide access to the cemetery. The Tribe plans to continue limited cattle grazing.
