Document Description
The Proposed Action consists of the acquisition of two parcels, totaling 179+/- acres, into federal trust status on behalf of the Tribe. The Tribal Government proposes to use the Stary Ranch for a cemetery. No structures, landscaping, or improvements are planned, with the exception of a perimeter fence. Existing roadways serving the property would provide access to the cemetery. The Tribe plans to continue limited cattle grazing.
