Document Description
Construction of a new high school at the south end of Dixon adjacent to Hall Memorial Park. This school would replace the existing Dixon High School. The existing high school will be converted to a middle school; the existing middle school will be converted to an elementary school. The 80-acre site will house the 1600 student high school and a 30-acre school farm. An additional 40 acres will become a stormwater detention basin for the City of Dixon. City annexation is needed.
