Document Description
Expansion of the Casino and ancillary support space increases the operation from 8,000 square feet to 24,200 square feet. This expansion includes slot machines increased from 150 to 250, table games increased from 2 to 4, existing cafe' increased from 44 seats to 60, a new restaurant with approximately 60 seats, a new multi-purpose room from meetings and special events, a new gift shop, additional administration and employee office space, and increased parking from 120 to approximately 320 spaces. The additional parking requiring 1.6 acres, will be constructed immediately East of the development adjacent to Bunyan Road and new access to the site provided from Bunyan.
