Document Description
This project includes a request for a Demolition Permit, Design Review, Tentative Tract Map and Sign Permit. The project site currently houses a single-family dwelling and an historic wooden winery building. The applicant is requesting approval of a Demolition Review is required for all new construction in the I: Industrial zoning district. A Tentaive Tract Map is also being requested to allow sale of industrial bays on an individual basis.
