The Riverwalk project involves the construction of approximately 738 single-family homes, 180 units of multi-family homes, and a 9.21-acre commercial center, as well as roadways, parks, open space, and landscaping. The proposed project site is located in an area planned and zoned for residential and commercial uses and is currently undeveloped land. Potential tenants for the commercial portion of the project are expected to include typical neighborhood retail businesses.
