The park is a component of the Mariposa Creek Parkway and is known locally as the "Arts Park" project. The project will provide a limited scale arts venue with improvements such as terracing, walkways, small outdoor ground level stage, and restroom facilities. The design also provides for the beautification of the parcels from Highway 140. The project is proposed as ADA accessible.
