Document Description
The proposed project involves the development (grading/ cut and fill/ road construction) of four lots for residential use. In particular, the project operator proposes to widen the extension of Oleander Lane which will involve activities within an unnamed stream including construction of retaining walls and installation of a "storm water detention basin" requiring the placement of three 46-foot culverts (diameters of 8", 12", and 18" respectively) in the unnamed stream.
