Document Description
Oleander Land Division: The site is 13.65 acres of undeveloped hillside land located at the end of Oleander Lane, north of Davidson Street. The project consists of moderate to steep hillside with a mixture of open grassland and tree cover. The project sponsor proposes to divide the land into four residential lots and a remainder parcel (Parcel A). Parcel A would include the road improvements, drainage systems, utilities and conservation areas, to be held in common by future lot owners. Oleander Lane would be extended to provide access to the lots and connect with an existing fire road at the east end of the property. Water Pipeline Project: Water supply to the Oleander Land Division and the Novato Gateway Project is proposed through a joint venture of the owners/developers of these projects. The joint venture includes the design for approximately 1400-feet of 12" PVC or welded steel pipeline from the North Marin Water District's Cherry Hill tank and pipeline construction.
