Document Description
Request approval of a Planned Development Permit to develop the 21-acre property at 1029 Sheveland Lane into 180 attached duet homes and 124 apartment units at an overall density of 14.48 units per acre. The attached duet home portion of the development consists of 90 two-unit buildings on lots that will have an average size of 2,550 square feet. The apartment portion of the development will consists of seven three story residential buildings providing 28 one-bedroom units, 21 two-bedroom units, 42 three bedroom units and 28 four-bedroom units on approximately 3.7 acres that is divided into two separate areas: the west area is approximately 2.00 acres and will contain 88 units within four buildings; the east area is approximately 1.72 acres and will contain 51 units within three buildings. The existing Jockeys' Quarter and adjacent apartment building will be preserved and utilized as an office, meeting rooms, and five additional apartment units. The proposed development will be served by a variety of private streets and courts. The development will include a one-way street connection at the end of Greenbach Street and a new cul-de-sac bulb at the end of Minahen Street.
