Document Description
The project site is 2.94 acres and currently houses a single-family dwelling, a detached garage/storage building, and two small accessory buildings, as well as a small barn and chicken coop. The applicant is proposing to renovate the single-family residence, which has been identified as a significant historic building, for use as an office for the nursery. The project will also include construction of a 3,600 square foot receiving/storage shed, and the installation of 43 parking spaces. Two small accessory buildings that are associated with the historic use of the property will be relocated on the project site. All new construction and exterior changes to existing structures in the SC district require approval of Design Review.
