The site is 2.94 acres and currently houses a single-family dwelling, a detached garage/storage building, and two small accessory buildings, as well as a small barn and chicken coop. The applicant is proposing to renovate the single-family residence, which has been identified as a significant historic building for use as an office for the nursery. The project will include the construction of a 3,600 square foot barn for retail sales, a 2,800 square foot receiving/storage shed, and installation of 43 parking spaces.
