The Queseria Creek project will restore the stream channel by removing one fish passage barrier and will restore a more natural channel function. This project is located in Santa Cruz County on Swanton Road, approximately 1.1 miles north of its intersection with Highway 1. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2004-0208-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Brian Dietterick, Cal Poly Foundation.
