Document Description
The Lake Shastina Community Services District (LSCSD), in conjunction with the Mercy Medical Center of Mt. Shasta, propose to develop a medical clinic for the Lake Shastina community. The clinic would comprise a 3,300 square foot building on an area of one acre. It would include six exam rooms and two doctor's offices. A fitness room and conference room are also planned to serve the community. Off-street parking would be provided for patients and staff. The facility would be designed and landscaped to match the existing LSCSD office and police/fire station adjacent to the proposal.
