The site is zoned P-1 (Planned Development for residential development) and is within the City of Oakley's Redevelopment Area. The General Plan land use designation is SH (Single Family Residential High Density maximum 5.5 units per acre). The Subdivision would result in the creation of 48 lots ranging in size from 4,961 to 8,734 square feet, with a density of 5.2 units per acre.
