This wuld allow up to fifty (50) new dwellings, depending on the density chosen to develop. 6. Parkland Farms Boulevard would be extended from its eastern terminus in Parkland Frams Subdivision to loop through the project back to Healdsburg Avenue to the north. 7. Various public trails would be located through the project and adjacent to Passalacqua Creek. 8. The project would be completed in phases, with the earliest housing starting in Spring 2005 and would comply with the Growth Management program requirements.
