Document Description
Grant two general utility easements, and revise and re-record an existing right of way easement to the City of Brentwood in accordance with the Settlement Agreement between DPR and Shea Homes dated December 2012. As per the settlement agreement, water and sewer facilities that would be constructed within Easement 5A/B would be installed through a directional drilling process. No surface disturbance on State Parks land is proposed or allowed. All work conducted in association with the easement will comply with all State and Federal Improvemental laws, including but not limied to the Endangered Species Act, CEQA, and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
