Document Description
Previously on March 16, 2004, the Planning Commission certified the EIR and took other actions. On April 13, 2004 the City Council approved the following additional items: A General Plan Amendment making various changes to the General Plan text and map; a Pre-Zoning of the approximately 624 acre site to Planned Development Number 64 and establishment of development standards for the active adult units, active adult recreation center, Village Center, winery and amphitheater, community college site, John Marsh Home Park site and the PG&E site; a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to add Planned Development No. 64; and a Development Agreement to govern the construction, phasing and development of the Vineyards Project.
