Document Description
Vineyards at Marsh Creek, LLC (i.e., the project applicant) proposes to build a mixed-use development on 481 acres of land include approximately 1,100 active adult units, approximately 150 single-family estate lots, and 45 acres reserved for a village center that includes commercial development, office development, a hotel and conference center, senior apartments, senior care facilities and multi-family residential units. In addition, an 18.5-acre parcel would be created for development of a winery with an amphitheater. The project includes the extension of Fairview Avenue through the site, and offsite across Marsh Creek for a new connection to Marsh Creek Road.
