Document Description
The proposed project is to construct 705,360 gross sq. ft. (gsf) of new medical outpatient buildings and hospital additions to the existing 378,250 gsf Kaiser Roseville Medical Center. The resulting medical campus would contain 1,083,610 gsf, with 432 beds and 258 medical providers (physicians). Surface parking, a 6-level parking garage and a 3-level garage are a part of the project.
