Document Description
The City of Roseville is proposing to discharge tertiary-treated wastewater at three new locations: two discharges are proposed for Pleasant Grove Creek and a third discharge is proposed for Dry Creek. The treated wastewater is generated by the Dry Creek and Pleasant Grove Wastewater Treatment Plant in Roseville, CA. The primary purpose of these outfalls is to comply with two National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permits that were issued by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board for the discharge of recycled water. A second objective is to allow for a maximum flexibility in the management of the City's recycled water distribution system, while providing benefits for fisheries along Dry Creek and Pleasant Grove Creek.
