Document Description
The proposed project would include the demolition of all of the existing buildings and the removal of several trees within the campus. The demolition would be followed by the construction of new modular structures, reconfiguration of the play areas, improvements to circulation and new on-site parking, and new landscaping. Current structural floor space would be increased by 8,107 square feet to a total of 39,597 square feet. The main frontage would be relocated from Rafael Drive to Belle Avenue to enhance traffic flow and reduce congestion and 16 on-site parking spaces would be added.
