Document Description
Develop a mixed-use commercial and residential project on a 7-acre site located at the southeast corner of North Atlantic Boulevard and Hellman Avenue in the City of Monterey Park. The project is proposed as an integrated complex with a 16 screen movie theater, retail shops, bookstores, restaurants, a health and fitness club, a spa, and 210 residential units. The project will consist of one 2-story and several 5 and 6-story buildings, with retail uses on the ground floor and residences located above the retail stores. Approximately 1,500 parking spaces will be provided in a two level subterranean garage for customers and residents.
