Document Description
The proposed project is the development of a Master Plan for several parcels comprising approximately 98 acres of currently undeveloped land on the north side of 16th Street (within the City of Upland Baseline Road is identified as 16th Street). The proposed project consists of 41 acres of commercial retail uses (approximately 450,000 square feet) on the Frontage Portion of the project site, and a City-owned facility consisting of playing fields and flood control facilities and spreading grounds on the North Portion (57 acres) of the project site.
