CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA# 1600-2003-5069-R6) pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Operator, Ms Laurie Dobson Correa of the Riverside County Transportation Department. For the SR 79/Winchester Road widening project, the Operator is proposing to widen SR 79 and impact two jurisdictional waters within the right-of-way. The project will permanently impact 0.194 acres of herbaceous vegetated streams and temporarily impact 0.056 acres of herbaceous vegetated streams and upland vegetation identified on the site. Total project impacts are 0.25 acre.
