Document Description
Construction of retail store consisting of approximately 218,000 square feet, and a 12-position fueling station on a 20.8 acre area within the site. The fueling station will be located under a canopy cover and will include a kiosk totaling approximately 600 square feet. Approvals by the City of San Jacinto include conditional use permits for the gas pumps and drive-through lanes, and a variance to increase the number and size of the project's signs. The remaining 4.63 acres of the site will be subdivided into four parcels consisting of free-standing retail pads. These parcels will be developed with a 3,800-square foot fast food restaurant with drive-through; a 4,200 square foot fast food restaurant with drive-through; a 9,000 square foot sit-down restaurant; and an 8,000 square foot retal shop building (consisting of a mixture of food, service, and/or retail uses), with a drive-through.
