Document Description
Located within Planning Area 2 of CA Lutheran Univ. Master Plan, the North Campus Athletic Facility will include sports fitness ctr., aquatics complex, track & field facilities, baseball-soccer-football stadiums, tennis courts & clubhouse, 2 stormwater detention basins, sports practice fields, a preschool, maint. yard and associated pkg. lots. Located within Planning Area 4, the CLC Univ Village includes Sr. retirement housing, a skilled nursing facility & related stormwater detention basin & drainage improvements. A riparian corridor which traverses portions of both project sites, is proposed to be preserved as natural open space.
