The proposed project involves installing approximately 2,500 feet of a 66-inch diameter steel water pipeline in OCWD property and Lakeview Avenue between Mills Pond and the Atwood Channel. Two concrete outlet structures are proposed in the Atwood Channel Water for the pipeline will be provided from Mills Pond via the Santa Ana River.
