Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2013-0069-R6) pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant; Richland Communities, Inc. represented by Mr. Mike Byer, 3161 Michelson Dr., Suite 425, City of Irvine, State of California, 92612, Phone (949) 261-7010. The Golden Meadows Project is limited to the development of 468 residential lots on approximately 103 acres. In addition, 43.6 acres will be developed for roads, 2.7 acres for water quality basins, 0.5 acres for drainage easements, and approximately 50 acres for landscaping and open space, including a 2.6 acre mitigation area and approximately 30 acre natural open space area at the northeast corer of the property.
