Document Description
In cooperation with the City of Temecula Economic Development Agency, the A.G.K. Group L.L.C. is proposing to construct a mixed-use development project with a focus on education facilities and support uses. The proposed project is identified as the Temecula Education Complex and if approved by the City, it would contain the following proposed facilities: a conference center; two classroom buildings (termed education towers); a central, five-story signature tower; an amphitheater; support commercial facilities, including day care and retail uses; multi-family residential units; possible professional and research office space; and parking areas to support all of the above uses.
