Document Description
The applicant proposes to develop a "Farmworker Community" by providing multi-family, and single family housing to low- and moderate-income families. The applicant further proposes to create a commercial center, daycare facility, a regional youth and adult sports center, an office complex, a government services center, and a farm labor transportation terminal. The proposed project includes the following: annexation of the 91 acre property into the City of Mendota, a General Plan Amendment, pre-zoning, Tentative Subdivision Map approval allowing the creation of ten separate lots, and an amendment of the City of Mendota Redevelopment Plan allowing the project site to be incorporated into the City's Redevelopment Proect Area.
