Document Description
Planned Development (PDP), Site Development Permit (SDP), and Coastal Development Permit (CDP, to demolish an existing tire shop, miscellaneous structures, and concrete pads, and construct one two-story self-storage building. The approximately 70,550-square-foot self-storage facility would consist of 544 storage units ranging in size from five-feet by five-feet and ten-feet by thirty-feet, and a 1,034-square-foot office area on a 1.63-acre lot.
