The proposed project consists of 547 new multi-family residential units (including loft-style studios for live/work), 27,400 square feet of retail uses including approximately 16,000 square-feet of general retail, 3,400 square feet of neighborhood retail, and 5,000 square-feet of "high turnover" restaurant and a new 3,000 square-foot restaurant.
