Jess Martin Park Community Recreation Center

The proposed project is the construction of a 3,600 square foot community recreation center within the existing Jess Martin County Park in the unincorporated community of Julian. A septic system with leach fields and reserve, underground electrical and water service for the community recreation center, and a parking lot will also be constructed as part of the project. The community recreation center will be located in a disturbed area in the southeastern portion of the park adjacent to an existing internal access road that surrounds the park. The parking lot will provide 55 parking spaces with two disabled van accessible parking spaces for the community recreation center. The septic system proposed is the Orenco Advan Tex AX Treatment System. This system includes a processing tank that treats wastewater to secondary standards. Potable water for the community recreation center will be obtained an existing on site well per an agreement with the Julian Community Services District.
